Spent today building bridges, laying out my cards with the bosses, and forming a plan to beat this shit and save my team as best as I can during this insane attack on incredibly hard working folks.
First time in awhile I feel semi hopeful. Not for myself - but it never was about me.

Did some bar hopping with the wifey tonight. Honestly sorely needed considering the clusterfuck of the world. Glad I have at least one person that protects me.

Best Vespa outing yet. Rode the main road a few blocks from my house got up to 55mph and went down a few side streets before looping back.
No windshield so once you get past 45… it’s a trip. But so so so fun

Ugh work has been hell this week (if you know anything about the executive orders you’d know why). Ended up taking a mental day off tomorrow to just recharge. Maybe I’ll ride my Vespa somewhere

Day 19 - Favorite Game Mechanic - Triple Triad (FF8)
Pretty big fan of Queen’s Blood but I have to give credit to the OG addicting card game. Great mechanic, amazing music, and with the cards actually being useful - yeah this was an amazing fun time when I played FF8 long ago.

Actually rode my Vespa today on surface streets from the parking lot I was practicing at to home. So happy and proud that I’ve advanced to that level.

Day 18 - Worst Minigame - RC Helicopter - GTA: Vice City
I hated this mission so much. Like seriously. So. Much. GTA in general likes its janky mini games to add variety to the missions but this one was the absolute worst IMO. But yeah, horrid controls, long mission, crap camera angles. Forget it.

Work today was busy… so more distraction to keep me from thinking about the EOs. I guess a good thing is that everyone seems to be nicer to me and even the big boss checked in on me in this all day meeting I was in.
