We had our family session for the new block of Nurturing Nature today! What great fun we had with some very keen and enthusiastic parents! Roll on next week when we bring the children along for the fun too 😝 🌲

Our final session of Nurturing Nature! This time it was up to the children and their parents to lead on the safety rules and to build the den where we enjoyed our lunch! We then used the resources we found to make nature bracelets 🌻🌸 #FamilyLearning #ExploringNature

At this week’s Nurturing Nature session we got creative! We used the clay to create wonderful sculptures using some of the natural resources we found to help us out! We then continued our bug hunts and used a special App to help us identify what we found! #TechnologyInNature #ExploringNature

Had a great day joining Education Scotland’s Curriculum Improvement Cycle (CIC) Collaboration Group. Very interesting looking at how they plan to let our curriculum evolve and sharing our views and opinions on this. #LanguageAndLiteracy #EvolvingCurriculum

Another fantastic Nurturing Nature session today. Our children joined us for fun in the forest and they decided to go for a bug hunt and found lots of different bugs! 🐛🪳🕷️ We then went back to camp for lunch and a campfire 🔥 #ExploringNature #FunOutdoors

We kickstarted our new block of Nurturing Nature with a family only session. We discussed our plans and the benefits of these for their children. Our families then got stuck in and gave it all a go for themselves! We loved our families positive outlooks!! #GiveItAGo #GetOutside
