Looks like there are no data analysis courses mooted for the relaunch of Code Clan. The offerings are Applied Agentic AI or Software Engineering.

NEW: Learning Disabilities

Some 2,025 people with a learning disability, autism or both were "detained" in hospitals across England at the end of September

@autisticsociety.bsky.social said "change is urgently needed", calling the current situation a "human rights scandal"

Sofia Corradi, founder of the Erasmus program, passes away at 91. Known as 'Mamma Erasmus,' she viewed the program, which has sent approximately 16 million students to study abroad through Europe, as her 'personal pacifist mission.'
Bless her - an inspirational lady.

I know statistics are poorly understood and are misused. But facts matter

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them

The situation with Blackboard - now its owner is bankrupt and it's coming under new private equity ownership and control - is serious enough the UK agency for HE tech is advising all affected universities to seek assurances regarding data security inspiringlearning.jiscinvolve.org/wp/2025/10/s...

No kisses for sisters down avenues
No loose lips and no good nights
Be forever in the bed
But not in my bones

If I have to trace for you every line
Then angles lose their urgency
Trickle down my skeleton like hunks of honeycomb

Throwback to that time (1987) when the good folk of Whitehall thought that Jura would be the perfect location to dump nuclear waste and my grandad wrote a booklet about why this was a bad idea. Kinda puts those offshore windfarms into perspective.

The 'Mozart of Math' rarely speaks about politics. The wide-ranging cuts to science funding made him change that.

Love dancing? Hate dancing? If you're #autistic, age 18+, in the UK, please take part in our survey (designed with autistic project advisors). We want to hear about why people don't dance, dancing at home (kitchen disco anyone?), socially, or at dance classes. For more info: tinyurl.com/Aut-dance
