I can still taste those candy bracelets and necklaces, and the feeling of the candy beads hitting me in the face because I pulled the elastic too much🤣

Listened to 'Born Tired' Jhené Aiko for years, it used to make me sad, but allowed me to process and sit with my emotions more. Now I listen to the song, not only allows me to feel and process what I need to, whilst giving me hope. Which is important, to hold onto hope. I'm tired but I'm fired up.

I know how hard it is to be chronically ill, especially as someone who has also struggled with their mental health since I was young, it has been a very difficult journey; but a journey I still wish to travel.

I hope that this gives some other spoonies some hope💗
