The other day I grabbed some new books! 📚 I just finished The Lotus Shoes and highly recommend it ☺️ (and this marks my 12th finished this book year, so I’ve met my 2025 goal! 🌟)

前日数年ぶりに日本語の小説を読了できた💫図書館になかったので前編の「木曜日にはココアを」は読めてないけど、今回読んだ「月曜日の抹茶カフェ」の話は京都・東京に住む、何らかの形でお互いの人生がつながっているキャラクターたちについてだった。一時茶道のサークルに入ってたくらい抹茶が大好きな私は、とにかく本のタイトルや抹茶カフェの話に惹かれた🍵京都も久しぶりに行きたいとも思った☺️また日本語の小説を読むことに挑戦したい！

香を焚いて瞑想するのが欠かさない朝のルーティン🧘♀️ シアトルの秋〜冬の日照時間が短く、曇りも多いので日差しを浴びたり、日の出を楽しんだりすることが難しいですが、香の灯りやいい匂いはいつでも楽しめるので◎ また、瞑想することで一日の始まりは快適にスタートできる☺️ おすすめです！
