We've lost partnerships as federal partners have faced cuts or been barred from IDEA work. This prevents us from getting letters of support or applying to grants that require a formal partnership. State and city partners and funding sources are also pulling back. So much money flows through from federal sources, and no one knows if it will be there tomorrow or next year. The grant and philantropy space in general is in upheaval. No one has answers, only questions and confusion and "reassessments." As an organization led by Disabled, trans, queer, and BIPOC we are each personally affected as well - whether it's loss of healthcare, jobs, safety... we are all navigating this the best that we can. Living in uncertainty is hard, but something we are accustomed to. So we need your sup port. Disabled people's rights are under direct at / tack. If you believe that we still deserve access to nature, that being in community with each other and the land is a right, please sup port our work."
