Wow. Didn't realize how long it's been since I last posted. So 2 updates. Finished 2 ripple afghans for my best friend and goddaughter. Thank goodness I finished them before they have to cross back over the Atlantic. Working exclusively now on competition projects. Gonna need to borrow a sewing

Literally just spent almost all of my paycheck on back issues of crochet magazines. Next paycheck isn't till the 26th. May sell a ring to make up the difference.

REEEAAALLLLLLYYY need something off of eBay, but paycheck doesn't go in till about 1am. I am checking every 30 minutes or so (except when sleeping) to make sure nobody beats me to it. Literally counting the hours and minutes. Mood: Paranoid

So after having a #Bluey themed day at work the other week, I decided to check out the Bluey phenomenon. I'm loving it! I haven't watched this much kiddy cartoons since my baby sister was into Dora the Explorer.

Suffice to say that at the moment, my favorite movie is the 2005 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Planning on sitting down and reading it again once I have time to breathe. Which is gonna be about October. I need to read more Jane Austen novels.

Aaaaaand mom absolutely hates my afghan design. The colors she wants are absolutely hideous. I dunno how to work with those colors, let alone together. Ugh. So frustrated.

Tonight at work was soooooo slow. Maybe had 15 or so customers in 3 hours. Will probably be slammed tomorrow for Thirsty Thursday. Those are always busy.... And interesting.
