Absolutely. I no longer live in the UK, so it’s almost a ‘treat’ to not have to think about if I’ll be able to grab food on the go! It’s much more difficult where I usually am, but there are signs of progress even so.

I once heard an Irish proverb: “Everything will be alright in the end. And if it’s not alright, it’s not the end”. I like it. It reminds me to stay strong because nothing lasts forever, not even misery.

I also heard this at a regular secondary school in England. No church involved. It was our History teacher who spoke about it in class one day (during the early 90s). It’s amazing how we soak up the lies propagated by those in positions of power and influence.
