‘Nother yote baking attempt: hazelnut carob mocha cake, with dark carob coffee ganache, carob truffles (that didn’t set), and raspberry jam. Carob used because yote can’t eat a lot of chocolate without getting bad heartburn.

Trying Minnesota Wild Rice for the first time; not quite thrilled about it on its own, pleasantly nutty but also has this musky background to it. I do see it going well with curries or stews though.
