Loki is... a little naive about the ways of the world outside of Shinra. They were a princess in a tower for so much of their life— sick and bed-bound and then confined to an experiments lab, and then back in Shinra's hands.

Loki's role within Shinra is as a tracker. They have incredible instincts for hunting down their mark and have the physical capabilities to do so quickly and efficiently. They're actually, usually, pretty goddamn ruthless in doing so.

Loki is someone I associate with Vincent and Lucrecia more than anyone else— those were their primary people and are the primary relationships I tend to focus on. During modern day, they're close (?) with the Turks and are insufferable about Vincent once he's active again.

Loki was originally an experiment underneath Dr. Lucrecia's jurisdiction. They were deeply sick due to complications with their mothers' pregnancy and they ended up being given up for experimentation because their parents were tired of taking care of a chronically ill child.
