I was lucky enough to work with the Scottish YP for a couple of years and some of the MSYPs were absolutely brilliant - and a lot easier to work with / brief than some parliamentarians ...

Bearing in mind we don't yet know how that model will be funded, who will be involved, who will administer it, what the specifications are, what the collection criteria will be, how it interacts with EPR, and the minor matter of making a "deposit-less" DRS work I'm sure it's a winner.
