I’m 46 but I had my shingrix shot because I’m worried about what RFK jr is going to do with vaccines. Shingles is a preventable illness like measles. We are so lucky to have these vaccines! I for one will not forgo them because the guy who runs government health services has a 🐛 in his 🧠

But also let’s put it in your framing. “Cancel culture” vs actual facism. Which one causes people to lose more? Which one causes people to actually get hurt or actually be oppressed and scared? Because if cancelling hurts people physically or even mentally, then that is some thin skin you got there.

ICE detained Julio Noriega, a 54 year-old US citizen who was born in Chicago, for over 10 hours on January 31st.
He was walking around "Berwyn, Illinois, handing out his resume to local businesses."
They didn't show him a warrant.
