This is climate arson, yes, but also the entire value proposition of Tesla, the reason for its insane stock price, is that it would end up the Amazon of electric cars: the only real game in town. Killing off non-Tesla electric car infrastructure is a gift to Musk.

Over at EPA, new administrator Lee Zeldin is trying to "claw back" $20 billion that the agency has already dispersed. In other words, the government gave the money to private parties, and now it's going to steal the money back. It is straightforwardly illegal.
Zeldin will try to take back $20B in IRA grants
The EPA administrator accused the Biden administration of trying to hide the money by depositing it in a bank.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

USAID is a criminal organization,” Mr. Musk wrote on Sunday in a social media post that many aid workers saw as confirmation the agency would soon be absorbed into the State Department and that some viewed as a potential threat to their personal safety. “Time for it to die.”
THIS HAS TO STOP.
