2/2 I could be massively introverted. I could be reacting to trauma. And so on. I suppose my reason for seeking diagnosis comes into play? I wanted to understand myself and adjust my life to suit me. I don't expect support / help / intervention. So for me, diagnosis isn't a negative.

I've wound up back at the job I left in the first place for (maths advisor type thing). I genuinely don't know what else to do with myself! My younger friend has just started a social work apprenticeship following teaching.

Were the slides in time with the talk? I did it a week or so ago and there was a huge lag, it was tricky to work out what was going on!

Assuming you have Windows (otherwise this is useless sorry!) search for 'snipping tool' and it's a scissor image. Click on that and you'll get a bar - I think the first button there is full screen. They autosave in Pictures - Screenshots by default as far as I know.

Do you have the snipping tool? That has a full screen option.
