If everyone paused just three seconds before responding, the world would change overnight. Fewer fights, fewer dumb decisions, more empathy, more clarity.

A tiny gap between impulse and action is the simplest, most radical thing any of us can do.

I barely let myself hope for the kind of hopefulness in this article: that we can see environmental integrity as foundational to social and economic progress and embed that reality in environmental protection and restoration laws.

A genuine man of the people is our Andrew Hastie, patron of an exclusive gun club.

It is fun that he applied for funds for solar panels.

That MPs get a taxpayer slush fund of $150,000 per annum to spend on keeping their electorate sweet is fun too. Did you know?

Feels like this headline was written by someone who has never seen a major public transport infrastructure project before. Of course this is true of most living Victorians because governments lacked the courage to build anything for four decades.

Seriously, America is a rogue country unable to save itself while its demise blazes in a corruption conflagration that is igniting fires world wide, would some sane perhaps legally qualified world leaders like to do their jobs & band together to condemn this latest lawlessness given what it signals
Trump says he will pardon former Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández, who was charged, tried and convicted on drug trafficking charges, and who is currently serving a 45-year sentence in a US prison. Why? Probably because he gave Trump a taste of the action.

Of course not. Racism doesn’t apply to white people.
Would this have happened to a white resident? Asking for the First Nations.

Don’t adopt the language of bigot propaganda and expect trans people to feel safe around you.

If Australia is doing it bet China does too.

1/3 of global industrial #silver goes into solar panels. Over half of silver is used in industry.

Not saying it won't have alt industrial uses but looks to me like supply will increase which would create headwinds on it longer term as a store of value.
