The best advice I ever got along those lines was "it's OK to run the dishwasher twice". If you have no energy left, then don't waste it on stupid chores.
So now I just throw the stupid jars from the back of the fridge into the bin, no cleaning, no recycling. A little guilty, but able to cope!
