Tim Finn is really so effin effortlessly cool. Great fun at the Palais on 2 August 2025. Superb group of musicians supporting him. He teased a Split Enz reunion in the not so distant future too.

Discombobulated by a change from usual airline, initially channelled Joe Pesci in the Tales from the Crypt meme. I even sat in the aisle seat instead of window like an absolute f**wit. Delayed departure meant good lighting for take off photos and selfies. Middle seat empty FTW!

Prepping for WWIII by training at a former WWII lookout point. Managed to leave only half a lung up the Red Arrow Walk today. My sister fared better. Got to pat the full trifecta of Labrador varieties on the way home. Their names were Cleo, Guinness and Barry. 🫠🫠🫠 🥰

Happy with the impromptu decision to see The Lemonheads at the Croxton Bandroom tonight. Garage Sale Band supporting. A few random moments but overall a lot of fun. The Croxton doesn’t take commissions on artists’ merch sales which seems pretty bloody decent.
