As far as I can tell, the arguments against #Cascadia secession boil down to a sunk cost fallacy. Yes, our economy is deeply integrated with the rest of the US. But that's all the more reason for us to get out. Yes, it will lead to a *lot* of financial hardships. That's just as true with remaining.

Here's how I know I'd never cut it as a politician: Whenever I'm involved in a conversation with more than just one other person, I'm never able to get a word in. Nobody's interested in what I have to say. I do okay in one-on-one, but I'd get ripped apart if I were in Zohran's shoes in a debate.
