Since I'm now done with ~the other place~ I decided to check back in here. Happy to see both familiar and new faces! I've been busy with writing up my dissertation this semester but would love to start using this space for sharing updates about my work and seeing what others have been up to.

Every single time I work in the Western Cape Archives, I lose my mind at all the amazing things I find in there. I literally leap out of bed on the mornings when I'm working there because I find it so fun and exciting to read through old records.
