Here is the finished result. My vanilla chiffon was impossibly high, and I may have thickened my ganache a little too much, but it was delicious.

I just saw a woman walk by me in a dress I almost bought this weekend.
It's a good shape, fit me perfectly, it had pockets! Why didn't I buy it?
It was poorly constructed. The horizontal lines of the pattern were not lining up. It looked sloppy.

My alterations this batch:
-Drop the sugar from 1/3 cup to 1/4 cup.
-Use a jalapeño ketchup.
-Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
-Use a blend of vegetable oil and olive oil.
