Space, the next frontier for US Air Force operations...

These are the walks of the wormhole team SG-1.

Their mission: to explore strange new pine forests...

...to seek out new worms, and old civilizations...

...to boldy go where a whole bunch of humans already are!

I have put so much of my life on the bird app and I have a rewatch thread to one day finish, but it feels like everyone I know and love there is gone. What a waste of a community space.
Are y'all here, my friends? Is that what I'm missing?

Me: I will just relax for a few minutes by playing a mindless game on my phone

Phone: Cool, every 90 seconds you will just need to watch a little animated snuff film featuring a mother and child freezing to death, or a king slowly being crushed against a spiky wall by piles of falling rubble

Me, adding one line of dialogue just to recentre my characters in time and space: nice
there are two kinds of writers:

those who write pages of bantering dialogue and realize they didn't describe anything in the scene

and those who write pages of detailed description and realize no one's spoken for eight pages

sometimes I feel like these quotes / takes are people digging for engagement, but honestly nothing slaps harder than upper management mum updating a slow burn fic with 7k words right before bed time. Nothing. I've never known peace like it.
“reading fics is for jobless people” the best fic you’ll ever read is written by women in their 40s with incredibly successful corporate jobs that allow them to buy ungodly amounts of merch, i promise you
