Ditto. It’s hard to explain to people why I can’t do something that I did relatively easily last week. For that matter, it’s hard to explain it to myself 😆

And also, none of it is static. Needs and impacts can and do change based on any number of factors throughout an autistic person’s life, and even throughout the day in many cases.

I had to taper really slowly and the weird dreams subsided; 1mg steps instead of the usual 1.5mg. I honestly don’t think I have seen much improvement in symptoms, but I continue to take it because my EDS specialist said it can also help prevent some autoimmune diseases from developing.

I usually set my yearly intentions on my birthday since it is my new year, but I do still usually come up with a silly resolution on NYE that is inconsequential. This year I want to find a better alternative to, “Hanging in there..,” when asked how I’m doing.

I use the MiG app. I have both chronic and episodic migraines and this was the only app I found that you can have multiple headaches tracking at the same time. I also use the Bearable app to track all my other chronic illnesses.

Indeed, it has been many years. The last I remember was maybe a decade ago you played music at our Beltane celebration. I may have forgotten a con more recently though.
