What actually does content strategy mean? And how do you document it? That has changed a lot over the last couple of years.

What does strategy actually mean? I reckon it's figuring out these three things.
1. What is currently going on?
2. Where do you want to be?
3. What work do you need to do to bridge the gap?
It's not easy, but having that pattern in mind really helps.
