There's also a chart of average scores by disability category, on which all those students receiving supposedly-fake learning disability and ADHD accommodations did worse than students receiving no accommodations

They also have some interesting data on specific accommodations - most students received extra time but an awful lot of them require some sort of other accommodation (screen reader, scribe) that would by its nature make the test take longer through no fault of the student's

The closest thing to data on test accommodations I've found so far is this research report from the ACT (www.act.org/content/dam/...) which doesn't talk about change over time but does show a) it's not that many (6%) and b) income brackets are pretty similar to students without accommodations
