desperately trying to wrap my head around a coworker saying that two people with the same job title, pay grade, etc. have wildly different roles, with one being a “manager” and the other being a “glorified secretary”. because i am sorry, what?

shocked that a graduate level information science or information technology student suggested that wayback machine preserve a site that functions as a thesaurus and search engine. while yes, it is theoretically *possible*, it would be so pain-staking and time consuming that it is not feasible.
