Sunday morning *special*. Cardamom and black pepper, Oat milk latte. Coffee Labs Rocket Dog beans, Niche Zero grinder, Olympia Cremina espresso machine. Girl, I know. PRIVILEGED to be able to make luxurious espresso beverages at home.

4.6.25 Oracle reading. The first one got me good. Between reading the card in my head and reading it out loud my brain decided to scream HUMILIATION!

Weekly oracle reading! Had a very tearful therapy session and was getting ready to hunker down with a bag of cashews and a comfort show/movie. Husband asked if he could make us some tea and pull our cards. Remembered that we hadn’t done that yet this week! Gratitude.

And how do I do that? Pause and reflect to tend to my emotions. Allow myself to just be; allow stillness, silence, clarity to communicate. Savor my accomplishments. Let go of the shadows of the past.

Oracle reading for the week. I need to trust my instincts, let go of worry & control, let myself out of my cage.
