i do always do predictable music because i can focus on that as a noise input which helps A Lot, but ill do earphone in one side & then if its a bit worse ill stick the other in & that helps a lot.

i had a bit of trouble in one shop nearer the end of our hour & a half out, it was so loud w music playing that i just… couldn’t cope & didn’t have the energy left so my brain just turned off. but yk we vibe i have some mitigations to help w that which is good & i think big headphones might help too

i got a good haul actually, some new foods to try & some stuff for entertainment purposes which i can’t get online as easily (or cheaply). but its just very strange tbh. at some point (requires some pending tasks) im hoping to get to go to a museum and thats going to be even more boggling lol.

like its not a massive issue who cares but also it is quite funny that most of my christmas posting this year is from. november.

not to mention his partner has full agency and could stop if felt disrespected enough
