These MFs are dying for a civil war.

And Stephen Miller is so overcompensating it's absurd.

You’ve inherited a movie theater, what’s your first double feature?

Something Wild (1986)
After Hours (1985)

Bonus: Desperately Seeking Susan (1985)

Big fan of Aeropress. Great coffee.

Although I've shifted most of my daily at-home brewing to the Clever Dripper. But I still break out the Aeropress (and Italian Moka style) every once in a while

Today is Allen Ginsberg's Yahrtzeit

Allen was a teacher, friend, inspiration for many years.

This photo is near the last time I saw him, Boulder 1994. I was up from Costa Rica.

Left to right: Tom Peters (Beat Book Shop), Allen, me, Peter Lamborn Wilson/Hakim Bey. Jane Faigao in the back...

RIP Val Kilmer

Got to see Val as the lead in Hamlet at small outdoor theater at the University of Colorado Boulder, probably 1983 or so...

Always thought he was a great actor.

I know it's small potatoes in the authoritarian/Nazi playbook the Trump admin is implementing, but their State Dept and Little Marco have been rescinding visas of prominent foreign politicians, including Nobel Peace Prize winner Oscar Arias (in addition to kidnapping visa holders off the street)

OK, so we got a trooper pulls someone over, we got a shooting, these folks drive by, there's a high-speed pursuit, ends here and then this execution-type deal.
