I was going off these headlines I'd seen all day. But granted from the worst clickbait outlets. Just watched the "howler", it's a bit harsh to say that. Though it's a common mistake of his to not push the ball far enough away out of danger when making a save. Seen it too often.

It's a nothing game. It's at the start of the season. Tuchel has barely had any games to tinker. There's no need for it to be anything other than a fitness exercise. It wasn't the true first XI. 3 points and no injuries was the goal. A win against Serbia and were practically through. That's it.

Increasingly bewildered by what you think a champions league level side actually is. All those players are definitely champions league level players. Quarter Final champions league level? Maybe not. It was a nothing game, at the start of the season, with a more important game coming up in a few days

What was wrong with the Amad decision? And whilst at the time I thought we were a little lucky (in line with recent decisions) with the Bassey "push" & said that if it was Maguire it would've been given as a foul. However, to describe that as a "full push" is laughable, Bassey should be stronger.

Yeah I think that's the right one he mentioned. I left London a decade ago so it's one of those that I remember when I'm actually there. From a quick look, this video has the one I was talking about at 1.50 youtu.be/mXC6E_Tvls4?... that staircase.

If you're just looking at goals against xG. But that's just one model, and a model based upon a relatively small dataset of an event that has numerous permutations. United aren't just signing for the goals.
And as for expectations, any true United fan will have measured expectations for next season

Hard disagree that signing two of the top performers of last season is a leap of faith. Especially when calibrated against United's current status and expectations.

They’re not saying the land is worthless. They’re saying men are dying for goals they don’t understand, led by a regime that offers no clear purpose. It’s not about land, it’s about the pointless death.

No, but he does do his version of high speed running when either countering or tracking back. Also, the link between a player who sprints more and injury doesn't really exist. It's more about the conditioning (or lack of) and if a player suddenly starts performing a higher load of sprints.
