Jeanne Hébuterne, 1919, by Amedeo Modigliani. I think I saw this at MOMA. It's quite a big canvas and there was such a a delicacy to the curves of her arms, her tiny double chin, the fuzz in her armpit. She was his lover. She was pregnant when he painted this.
