So it turns out that Megashark vs Mechashark has a higher rating on IMDB than Megashark vs Giant Octopus.
I am suspicious. Sure, Debbie Gibson’s acting has only gotten better but it can’t make that much of a difference. Is someone gaming the system?

My darling is upstairs recovering from plague, youngest kid is noodling around the neighbourhood practicing driving a stick shift, all is quiet. Perfect for eating takeout cheesecake and reading Impossible Landscapes

Made a quick trip to The Sentry Box in Calgary during a layover. Grabbed Impossible Landscapes, Here We Used to Fly, and the Traveller 2022 update
I love that this hobby has grown to encompass insanely well-written horror, and childhood nostalgia and ennui, AND a game that I’ve loved since 1981

I love that this hobby has grown to encompass insanely well-written horror, and childhood nostalgia and ennui, AND a game that I’ve loved since 1981

We have 4 choices this year: Candy, chocolate, an eyeball, or a potato.
At the end of the night we only had 4 potatoes left.
61 kids, 37 chose a potato. 3 asked for a second potato.
Kids were running around yelling about getting a potato. Pretty sure the neighbours were bewildered.
It was amazing!

Again, if you or someone you know has a secret phone, make sure it is TURNED OFF and do NOT turn it on again until it is safe for the phone to make a loud noise because the phone will play the alarm the moment it gets signal again.

This will send an audible alert to ALL CELLPHONES. If anyone is hiding a phone from an abuser, TURN IT OFF. Remove the battery if you can. Be careful and stay safe.
