I never watched/read Jojo, or played HFTF for that matter, but i had no idea what to do for today, until someone asked for a combo from this in the day 22 YT video.

It's fair to say this interacts more with the ground, but hey, it's a HnK combo, i couldn't resist doing the funny basketball infinites.

Sedative Syringe is +∞ on hit, so you can literally do whatever you want afterwards, and this route let's you level up your Mist Finer at the end too.

Labrys' gimmick is absurd high damage, so to make things more interesting this is done against someone in Awakening (when you're below 35% health and not being combo'd, you get a 37,5% damage reduction and some other buffs)

The taunt is the 27th hit if anyone can't see it in all the visual noise. The bowling ball might look superfluous, but it holds the opponent long enough for Tao's shadow to hit and without it the Astral whiffs.

Another game that was on my radar to try out and combotober finally pushed me into it. It's pretty sick, wish there was a less cumbersome way to lab it though.

Combos from throws feels like a very airdasher/MvC type of thing to me, so it's kind of funny to me that ClayFighter of all things has those in multiple games.

Reason: I wasn't confident i'd learn Crouch Cancels in time, so i posted the other one.
Crouch Cancel combos were one of those things i was always interested in, and this challenge finally motivated me to learn it.

I'm piano'ing the input and probably getting different versions every time, but the spin part is identical for all 3 versions, so it still counts! Even then i definitely repeated the same one at least a few times.

Reason: I don't know if this is a true combo, this game has a DOA-esque Hold system, but you can't do it on back hits. There might be some other way to escape it though (it's hard to lab this).

First combo is just to set up the right amount of stun. Absolutely love how they adjusted her moveset to a more modern fighter, and it's such a cruel tease to what they could do with other Rival Schools characters too.

This was on my radar for a while, finally got to it because of this challenge. Tina kind of reminds me of Labrys in terms of mechanics (who is my favorite fighting game character of all time), so I'm liking this a lot.

Reason: i thought it was "no major developer", but it's actually publisher (and ASW publishes this game). So i had to do a last minute scramble, but didn't want this to go into the void, so here you go.

This is the spiritual predecessor to Toy Fighter if you know about that. The dash into jab link here is very tight, and in this you lose the round from any knockdown/throw, so ToDs don't matter that much.

Makoto's Overdrive is so much fun, everything turns into an easy and high damage confirm. Still remember this being the highest damage i could find for her back when BBCF was my main game.

Yep, i changed the system settings to give me more rounds and time, so i could spend 9 rounds taking chip damage and meditating to extend the State of Nothingness. Probably the dumbest combo i made for this challenge.

Reason: I was torn between this and the Zaki combo, but the Zaki one is more interesting/demanding in terms of execution, and she's my favorite RS/PJ character. IIRC this infinite works on everyone crouching and on standing Roberto for whatever reason.

Combos into team supers are very rare in this game (they have slow startup and can't be cancelled into). To get this stun you'd need all planets to align too, but hey, this challenge was never about practicality.

Reason: this game sucks, it's borderline impossible to do combos without the bootleg Genei Jin, and even when i managed it the damage is underwhelming. The combo counter also starts on hit 2, but says "combo 1", so the first hit is a part of it.
