I've been meaning to ask you. How many pages/words does a novel generally have?
I'm writing in a little notebook, but I get the feeling I have gotten carried away and should break this novel up into a trilogy or something.

I've had a very rough month. I need cheering up. Everything from back problems to finding out that the son of my tenant 400 miles away is a registered sex offender and a pedophile. I am shocked, disheartened. and furious.
