I had fun with this one. I am biased, I like X/Y so it was nice to have a sequel to those games. This game's strength is in its characters and story. The new battle system is neat, but I prefer the more turn-based style. For me, it was just good to be back in Lumiose City.

This has to be the most charming Halloween special I've seen in a while. The visuals are dated but very impressive for 2003 TV CGI. The characters are very fun and the whole special has such a silly vibe to it that I really dig. Shame I hadn't seen it sooner.

I have similar thoughts on this one as I did with the first game. This one is very forgiving, providing a lot of extra lives after you die, especially towards the end of the game. The story is still kinda whatever, the strength of these games are in their charm.

I have complicated feelings about this one. I think it's better than people are saying but I'm also heavily biased. There are some great action scenes, and of course the highlights are the effects and soundtrack. If you can ignore Leto, then it is a fun watch, at the very least.

In concept this game is fun but it got to a point where my gf and I beat the game out of spite more than anything. Certain mechanics aren't explained very well and the story and characters are endlessly frustrating. There is a great game in here but it's struggling to shine through.

This chapter takes on a bit of a darker tone than the first three, and plays with concepts like free will and life after death. It's by no means humorless, but a lot of that takes a backseat here in favor of more emotional storytelling. The next chapter can't come soon enough.

I'm coming into this as a total outsider to Homestuck. The pilot was... fun? I had no idea what was going on but the animation was well-made and you get a good sense of what each of the characters are like. At the end of the day, that's all a pilot needs to be.

This one is just a blast. Like MKW, there are some design choices I don't get, but overall it's a great time. The sheer number of customization options really lets you fine-tune your racing style, and the races themselves can get very chaotic. Highly recommend.

The vibes are immaculate and the 2.5D gameplay makes it stand out, but the controls (at least in this remake) feel a bit floaty to me. The tone is also all over the place, and the story is nothing to write home about. Still, I look forward to playing the sequel.

Dana Terrace is coming out swinging with this one. It's very obviously a huge dig at the Disney company, with anti-consumerist themes and theme park horror vibes. I'm absolutely here for it, and I can't wait for more. Another massive W from Glitch Studios.

This game absolutely deserved Game of the Year. It's a fun, cute platformer that plays well and uses all of its mechanics in unique, creative ways that just kept surprising me. It feels like a real celebration of everything that is PlayStation.
