BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 32, Penal Code, is amended by adding Section 32.515 to read as follows: Sec. 32.515. GENDER IDENTITY FRAUD. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly makes a false or misleading verbal or written statement to a governmental entity or the person's employer by identifying the person's biological sex as the opposite of the biological sex assigned to the person at birth. (b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.

ECONOMIC BLACKOUT ON FEBRUARY 28, 2025 TAKE PART & SHARE THE NEWS If you haven't heard, there will be an economic blackout Febuary 28th, nationwide. This means don't buy ANYTHING unless it's from a small business: No gas, no fast food, and definitely nothing from places like Target, Walmart, or Amazon. Get the word out! We want THEM to see that WE have the power. We will start with 1 day, then 3, then specific companies until our message is heard. Please spread the word! Thank you!

When I was in 7th grade, our teacher put on a video and told us to take notes. Ten minutes in, she threw the lights on and shouted at Steven Webb Sladki, telling him he wasn't taking notes and he should have been. But the thing was, Steve was taking notes. I saw it. We all saw it. The teacher asked if anyone wanted to stand up for Steve. A few of us choked out some words of defense but were immediately squashed. Quickly, we were all very silent. Steve was sent to the principal's office. The teacher came back in the room and said something like "See how easy that was?" We were reading "Anne Frank." I started to understand. I just thought now was a good time to share this story. Don't ever let anyone tell you that what you see with your own eyes isn't happening.

Isn't it strange that: • Only Registered Democrats didn't receive requested Mail-In Ballots in Red States. • Only Harris Supporters Mail-In Ballot Signatures didn't Match and were Rejected in Swing States. • That Days Before the Election More Than a Million Registered Democrats were Purged from the Texas Voter Rolls. • That Russian Operatives Only Called in Dozens of Bomb Threats to Left-Leaning Voting Locations. • Drop Boxes Only Burned in Blue & Minority Districts • That Democrats had Record Turnout & Record Voter Registration & 20 Million Less Democrats Voted than they did during the 2020 Pandemic. • That it Only Took 4 Hours to Determine Trump Won. • That after Trump's 63 Court Cases & Dozens of Hand Recounts Contesting the Results of the 2020 Election; with All of the Irregularities, that No One is Contesting the Results of this Election.

Aaron Bartley 4h • ® Why are they doing this? What's motiving the techno-feudalists (Musk, Thiel, Vance, Andreessen and their minions) to wreck our country and tank the economy? I've subjected myself to hours of YouTube interviews and dozens of screeds by the tech overlords and their high priests. They have made no effort to hide their motivations. This is my attempt at a basic synthesis of how they explain their shift from neo-liberals to Trumpists: 1. The techno-feudalists have billions invested in crypto and without a big push from the government and the removal of all regulations, their money will be lost. Crypto has not mainstreamed in the way they expected, both because of Biden-era regulations on speculative investments and because the public just isn't into it. They need the state to manage the transition to crypto. 2. Similarly, they're gravely concerned about the trillions they've invested in Al. Any amount of regulation or constraints by the state is seen as a death-knell. They know that Al has prompted a speculative bubble and they need the state to manage the bubble through subsidies and contracts. They also need the state to aggressively shield the US from Chinese Al technology. 3. Both crypto and Al are burning up the earth. The electricity demands of both Al and crypto are enormous. They need a completely deregulated energy industry and rapid shift away from any climate policy. Even the mention of climate change is a threat to their fortunes. 4. China has caught up faster than they expected in all realms of tech. They need an ultra-protectionist/nationalist regime to keep Chinese technology at bay. 5. Lastly, they resent their employees deeply for the political concerns they've been raising about climate change and DEl. They blame the "radicalizing" influences of elite institutions and want the government to shut these institutions down or reform them heavily. These earthquakes are from fracking. This is just in the last 24 hours. It’s wide spread all over the state in areas were fracking is being done. This is not ok!
