Ayah's a leader when it comes to stopping the climate crisis. She wants to double tree planting and save the environmental justice communities in Cambridge. Remember to vote on Tuesday, November 4th!

I also appreciate that Jon, despite being an introvert which is unfortunately fairly uncommon among elected officials, pushed through all the wildly not-for-introverts aspects of campaigning. Please join me in voting for Jon for City Council At-large.

During these turbulent times, we need a coalition-builder with bold leadership to advance our progressive values in our schools. Please join me in voting for Jessie Ratey for School Committee.
October 29, 2025 at 3:17 PM
Jessie also has leadership experience working in education nonprofits, evaluating educational programs, and overseeing program funding with the goal of reducing disparities.

One parent told me they are supporting Jessie because they have seen her dedication in volunteering for PTA events and the School Improvement Council at their neighborhood school.
October 29, 2025 at 3:16 PM
Several SPS parents I respect who have led in advocating for better schools and for special education all highly recommend Jessie as the best fit for this position.

Please join me in voting for Marianne for City Council At-large.
October 28, 2025 at 2:15 PM
Not only do I deeply appreciate Marianne’s values and her demonstrated commitment to center on the voices of our most marginalized community members, she has long been walking the walk in our collective fight for racial and economic justice here in Somerville.
October 28, 2025 at 2:15 PM
At the same time, she has been at the forefront of building power and uplifting working class voices in our community and in her workplace as a union leader at SEIU 509.

I have worked closely with @mwalles2025 as she campaigned for the millionaire’s tax and advocated for wealthy corporations and institutions to pay their fair share so Somerville has more resources for affordable housing, thriving public schools, and fair pay for municipal workers.
