Envious of a snail's ability to grow its own house, I thought how would a landlord or property developer maximise profits by dividing up the already small space and cramming lots of people inside.
Had a lot of fun drawing this!

'The Landlord's Game'. A Monopoly themed artwork created as a tribute to the game's original creator, Elizabeth Magie, who patented the Landlord's Game in 1904. It was originally an educational, anti-capitalist board game before Charles Darrow copied it and became a millionaire from Magie's idea.
