Over the past six weeks I’ve been doing Morning Pages which is three pages of journaling each morning when you wake up, GAME CHANGER.
It’s like talking to a friend everyday & casually getting to know yourself more in depth.
I really like me! I’m healing & working through stuff, but I’m dope lol.

Felt like ‘authenticity’ was a trend and folks are always trying to sale you something!
Finding ways to connect & engage was becoming a chore so I just creatively shut down completely.

After my grandma was no longer cooking like she is known to, people stopped coming over on holidays and I think I'm about to say something about it. Why are you not taking care of someone who took care of you all for so long? It's been on my heart a lot lately and it's upsetting me.
