Lying on the floor is underrated, tbh, sometimes you gotta

I got up during the night and had a really weird and kinda scary dizzy spell, ended up stumbling into the wall and quietly crumpling to the floor in the kitchen, probably scaring the shit out of my spouse, anyway I decided to just lay there on the floor for a minute until it passed and I was fine
