Re: considered cuts for #Ptbo: spaces go to waste & people don’t use them. This will hurt transit & downtown—two critical pieces of a thriving city. And 1 hour of free parking is not animating DT, it’s letting people stop for a necessity & move on. What if they had beautiful paths and buses instead?
