4 issues, 8 stories, 12 years in the making. It's been so much fun making these for you guys, I can't wait for everyone to see it.

The artist who did the cover (Devin Kelsey) has signed on to do the whole 5 issue series! He's finished pencils, and is working on inking now!

It's "Monsters and Madmen" Monday, again!

It's so close that I can taste it. Got some BIG things heading your way next week. A lot of my dreams are coming true. So tune in next Monday, and really, the rest of the week, because there's too much news for one day.

I got the cover art for issue #0 this week, it looks gorgeous! I'll be sharing that with you all, soon. Also started scripting the second story this week, and had a meeting with a couple special people. Exciting things to announce in the next few weeks.

Its been a busy few weeks for me, with birthdays and vacations and starfield...

Gonna start scripting stories 2, 3, & 4 this week. And I MIGHT have found an artist to take over for me. I'm starting to like the finished product, but I take too long.

Just spent the weekend in Salem, MA. I'm in love. What a wonderfully dark place. I think I might move there.

Also, got the test print in for the sneak preview issue! It's looking good! Just waiting on the cover and ad to be finalized, & I can push it to market!

Fun news! I've signed on an artist to do the cover for the preview release! I've also been toying with the idea of doing a kickstarter for the full issue. I'd like to pay an artist to do the rest of the art, and a big name artist for the cover.

Comprising 3 stories, the first is "Monsters and Madmen". I wrote the script about a decade ago, and this weekend I finally finished it.

Gonna have a mini-release in a few months, like a preview issue.

Today we've got page 5. I was still unsure how to do fire at this point, so I just put it off until later lol. I mean, I still don't think I've figured it out, but I've gotten a bit better.

Got some big news coming up pretty soon, so keep an eye out.

Here is page 4 of 10. The hardest part for me in all of this was the faces. Having never drawn anything before, I had no idea how to do faces. I watched hours of YouTube tutorials to try and figure it out, and I just barely squeaked by lol.

Learned a lot working on this page. This whole comic has been made on my phone, using Adobe Sketchbook and a stylus. It gets the job done, but it's not my favorite. For any future comics, I'll use paper and inks, as is tradition.

I started playing around with perspectives a bit more on this 2nd page. Started learning what works and what doesn't, visually. I also learned that faces are hard. I still don't think I've nailed down a visual style for faces yet, but hey, this is my first time.

First wave - Max and Disney+ cancelled.

Netflix, Hulu, Apple+, Paramount, and Prime are on the chopping block for the Second Wave.

Really, all my rage stems from the cancellation and removal of Willow. This current streaming model is a thing of the past. "Let the past die, kill it if you have to."

Now realizing I should probably post the scripts for the unfinished pages that I'm posting. Many important elements left out.

You'll also be able to tell that I don't necessarily follow the script religiously. In the process of trying to draw it, I'm learning a lot about writing as well.

A decade ago, I wrote a short horror comic. Over the years, a few artists were attached, but they always fell through. I recently gave up and decided to just do it myself. I'm not very good, but it's mine.
