So thankful to the artists and visitors that helped celebrate the opening last week at Loyola University Maryland. This exhibition showcases work of four local artists working on environmental issues.

So many cardinals visited today.

Tree rings. Some creosote bushes are over 11,000 years old. We can carbon date them and count tree rings just like any other carbon sequestering giant. I love these humble plants that dot the landscape of the California desert. This work is part of my square meter creosote series.
