What a failure of leadership. Leadership isn't just what happens behind closed doors. It's also about the message you send to the American people. And this was a message of spinelessness - the opposite of what we voted for Tuesday.

I feel like that was true last year as well. A lot of Dems spoke of Trump winning as an existential threat to democracy but then treated the election and post election time as somewhat "business as usual". If this is all an existential threat (which I believe it is), then treat it as such.

Yep. I wasn't angry with Dems at all and held Republicans 100% responsible. Caving without getting the one thing you said was imperative? And after voters clearly showed they were behind you? Well, now I blame Dems. 40 days for nothing.

I sure hope Democrats are out telling everyone with a microphone that the Trump administration is about to strand tens of thousands of travelers across the country.

And once again - the media is taking the bait and platforming her all over the airwaves instead of making her irrelevant as they should.
