The minister of justice not introducing a law voted by the Eduskunta to the President. The law bans restorative therapy in finland once the Constitution is followed.

People in Finland are adopting dogs that were banned in the UK in numbers. My take is that despite the prevalence of guns there is no endemic gun violence problem in Finland. The situation with dogs is almost as good.
