mostly i’m annoyed that the breast i bought was more expensive than a whole turkey, and it’s gross. lesson learned, i’ll just get a small turkey next year.

the good news is it’s the only bad turkey i’ve ever made, and it wasn’t my fault, it’s because it was pre-cooked.

so now i’ve rearranged things and tbh it feels really good. AND my kitchen is fully prepared for a lot of thanksgiving cooking today and tomorrow. s

i’ve spent the last two weeks finally tackling those cabinets and just trashing almost EVERYTHING. i think i had 6 full bags of trash? i think i’ve finally fully gotten him out of my kitchen.

i did find a couple useful pots and pans and other things he left behind. MINE NOW!
