I recommend this bit of Hinton's visit to University of Toronto, where his previous employee from Google, Nick Frosst(co-owner of Cohere), spends abt 40 mins completely disagreeing with him on everything on stage.(timestamped) youtu.be/S4Tz7d0QOeE?...

I have some artwork from you that I custom framed for a friend that I can't wait to share after I've given it to her. It was one of your gold foil winter harpies <3

Tons of research and experimenting went into developing the background style. I want it to feel like a mosaic of shapes and colors, but also a space you can walk into.

Councillors Bradford's dramatic word choices, makes me think he's recently seen either Frankenstein or Nosferatu.

Same reason why a lot of storefronts downtown toronto continue being shuttered post pandemic. It's "better" from the landlords perspective to keep the rent on offer high to retain the buildings "value". Than to lower the rent and have a business move in. Hoarding mentality. Smh.

With the amount of props mr. Holyday always brings, I'm surprised he hasn't brought an array of trinkets to show council of all the useless/awful things these stores could sell. Were there no pebbles or pieces of paper on his way to work he could have picked up for this impromptu display?

Ah yes, the Holyday segment, and so the madness begins. Have to say, always excited about the complete unpredictability of what Mr Holyday come up with.
