Long COVID since August 2021🤕 • stuck here 🏠🛏️🛋️ • SARS-CoV-2 is airborne🦠
Took 4 1/2 hours to go from work to home, normally a 2.7 mile commute, but windy and hilly, so had to take an alt route. My car’s heat/defrost functions weren’t working properly & wipers kept freezing to the windshield. Snow was falling so fast, had to manually remove it every so often. Fun times.

HOCl is very effective at killing viruses & bacteria, & there are inexpensive devices to make it at home.
50-100 ppm HOCl & ~40g/L of salt works for me as a nasal spray.
Might not last as long as this new stuff, but your immune system makes HOCl. ⬇️

Intro to HOCl - hypochlorous acid is very effective at killing germs, including COVID & influenza, though it can be a bit tricky.
I carry some in a mini spritzer bottle, doesn't dry your hands out like alcohol sanitizer does, also works on fruits & veggies. ⬇️

I’m so sorry, CBG. 😔🫂 Praying every day for a miracle for all of us. I’ve been on the decline since September. Anxiety is higher as a result.
