So a good while back I found out about this pretty cute character named Enaga from Shinobi Undercover. She’s got a pretty neat ability where she puffs up her body by inhaling and releasing a wind blast. I may or may not have became obsessed lol. She appears around the late 40’s of the chapters btw.
