Returning to Victoria from a trip to Vancouver. Too bad Mt. Baker is 200km away (line of sight). So a lot of haze adds up into the far distance :)

Returning to Victoria from a trip to Vancouver. Too bad Mt. Baker is 200km away (line of sight). So a lot of haze adds up into the far distance :)

trying to catch those Bald Eagles, I still need to practice more shooting with the tele-lens - I always forget to dial up the ISO even in bright daylight! Eagles are fast moving - getting them sharp is a challenge. Also my tele-lens maxes out at 240mm :(

What a spectacle.. I heard squeaking outside and saw large shadows over me. 4 Bald Eagles were fighting it out right above my head. had to rush to get my camera and put the tele-lens on.
They were gaining height so fast - unbelievable!
