10:00am radar update: Already over 2” of rain in Santa Rosa, and over 1” in San Francisco! Less than a half-inch in Concord, Livermore and San Jose…but another surge of moisture is heading up from the south.

NEW: ProPublica examined months of Fox News’ coverage and reviewed over 700 videos posted on social media.

The network used five-year-old footage, mislabeled other dates and implied footage from elsewhere was in Portland.

Lake Tahoe, which is often sheltered from strong winds during storms, is included in a high wind warning for gusts up to 65 mph Wednesday. It’s just the second high wind warning there in the past three years.

NWS forecasts mountain waves, which can carry winds from high elevations toward the lake.
